Volunteers are responsible for their own travel and living expenses.

Marine Guide Volunteers

The DSP is looking for local volunteers who are interested in being voluntary marine guides. This would involve working as a naturalist guide, either at shore based dolphin watching locations, or on DSP accredited tour boats, providing information to members of the public about the widlife and environment of the Moray Firth. Training will be given, but exsiting knowledge and/or experience of Scottish wildlife and marine environments would be helpful. There is no minimum commitment for marine guide volunteers. Guides will be needed on weekends and school holidays from March-September. The frequency with which you volunteer is up to you.
